The sole trader business under the name of “MARIA TSAKALOGLOU OF MICHAIL” (hereinafter referred to as  “dotsbydodos” or “Business”) as the Entity Responsible for Data Processing, with registered office  at 170 PORTO RAFTI AVENUE, Porto Rafti, Markopoulo of Mesogaia, (Taxpayer’s Identification Number (T.I.N.) 114091780/Tax Office of Koropi, with General Electronic Commercial Register  Number  137140001000, tel: 2299084226, e-mail: dotsbydodos@outlook.com), acknowledges and gives primary importance to personal data protection. The purpose of this policy is to inform you on the collective use, transfer and protection of your personal data and on your rights pursuant to the national legislation and the General Data Protection Regulation EU 2016/679 (GDPR).

DOTSBYDODOS collects personal data, when:

  • You are visiting or navigating in the Business’s webpage.
  • You sign up as customer for shopping via Business’s e-shop.
  • You subscribe to Dotsbydodos newsletter service.
  • You communicate with the Business to submit queries or complaints or ask information regarding a service provided.
  • You exercise one of your rights, as they are described in the Section 8
    (your rights) of the present policy.

 

  1. Categories of data collected by DOTSBYDODOS

The categories of personal data collected by DOTSBYDODOS (see Section 1 of this policy – Collection of personal data) are the following:

  • Name (upon your signing up by creating a customer account or registering your order as a visitor, and when you wish receiving information on all our products or offers).
  • Surname (upon your signing up by creating a customer account or registering your order as a visitor, and when you wish receiving information on all our products or offers).
  • Address – street, postal code, city (upon your signing up by creating a customer account or registering your order as a visitor).
  • Contact e-mail (upon your signing up by creating a customer account or registering your order as a visitor. Your e-mail address is used as much as a username for your identification, as upon your eventual subscription to the Dotsbydodos newsletter service).
  • Password (upon your signing up by creating a customer account. This code is used for your identification in combination with your username).
  • Information regarding your account, such as signing up and payment dates, order payment receipts, or any other information related to an account (in the context of the purchases carried out in the e-shop of the Business).

Furthermore, we collect information regarding how you navigate in our webpage or carry out electronic purchases, such as:

  • Information related to the use of the webpage https://www.dotsbydodos.gr from your mobile phone or computer. Cookies are used for the proper function of the webpage, for the optimization of the content presented and for the collection of statistical information on how the visitors-customers are using the webpage (see Cookies Policy of the Business, https://www.dotsbydodos.gr).
  • Your Internet Protocol Address, as a technical requirement for the registration of your particulars or choices in the forms of the webpage of the Business (https://www.dotsbydodos.gr). These data are not used for the location of your position.

The Business acknowledges the need for protecting minors’ data, as they are defined by the applicable institutional framework, and therefore the Business does not collect intentionally personal data of children. The use of the webpage by children should always be carried out with the consent and under the supervision of parents or legal guardians.

The Business collects and uses personal data only to the extent   it is necessary to fulfill the purposes of their collection, such as:

  • Ensuring your access to the webpage, invoicing you, carrying out the necessary transactions, and offering the products for which you have registered an order.
  • Informing you via e-mail (if you have given your consent) on all our products and sending Dotsbydodos newsletter (your electronic address (e-mail) would not be used for spam).

  • Replying to your queries or concerns (upon submission of a relevant request from you) regarding the use of its services and your data.

DOTSBYDODOS may (provided you have given your consent) process certain of your data with the purpose of making a profile in order to customize-optimize the navigation experience in the e-page of the Business, so that it is adapted to your preferences.

Only the directors of the Business, authorized employees and certain external collaborators (for providing support to users’ data bases) will have access to them. Your personal data would be used exclusively for the provision of Business’s services and your information would not be disclosed or sold to third parties for other purposes (see Section 3 – Data processing purposes). The Business may disclose your personal data without your consent/information exclusively and only in order to comply with the requirements of the law, Court rulings or administrative authorities.

DOTSBYDODOS conserves your data throughout the time you have a customer account, use Dotsbydodos newsletter service or you consent on receivingή information messages. The data of using Dotsbydodos newsletter service or receiving information messages would be deleted immediately if you state you wish the suspension of their transmission to you.

 At DOTSBYDODOS we recognize the importance of the protection of your data and therefore we check and improve continuously the technical and organizational measures for the protection of your personal data from non-authorized use, accidental loss, dissemination or destruction. Each employee of DOTSBYDODOS having access to the above information is using them to serve exclusively the above purposes (see Section 3 – Data processing purposes).

Furthermore, in the cases an organization, another Business or an external collaborator provides us or on our behalf services including personal data processing, we ensure that the protection measures (technical and organizational) apply, and the data are processed in accordance with the established mode. The said entities may not process your data for their own purposes and committed by contract to keep data confidentiality and protection in accordance with the national legislation on data protection and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Your personal data are not transferred outside EU.

You may contact us, so that we may explain to you which data we conserve for you, and the exact mode we are using to process them (right to be informed).

Furthermore, you may at any time request from us a copy of the personal date we are conserving for you (right of access by the data subject).

If you believe your data are incomplete or inaccurate, please contact us, so that we proceed with the appropriate rectifications (right to rectification).

In case you think your data are not undergoing processing for a specific and legal purpose, you may request us to proceed with their erasure, following consultation with you (right to erasure).

You may ask us to suspend the processing of your personal data or to object to it for reasons concerning your particular situation (right to restriction of processing and right to object). If you file a relevant request, we would not going to process your personal data anymore, unless we prove imperative and legal reasons for the processing, which supersede your interests, rights and freedoms or for establishing, exercising or backing legal claims.

You may request your exemption from all the promotional actions or choosing to be exempted from only certain forms of business communication. In the case you do not wish any more to receive the Dotsbydodos newsletter service via e-mail or other information, you may deregister yourself from our lists.

You also have the right to request your personal date be transmitted directly from us to other organizations you will name them (right to data portability). Alternatively, you may request to obtain a copy of the personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, in order to transmit these data yourself to other organizations.

You may request us to satisfy one of your rights, as they are above described, by sending your request to the electronic address dotsbydodos@outlook.com. In this case, additional information on your identification may be requested.

DOTSBYDODOS pledges to respond to your requests within a month from the date of their filing. Nevertheless, if fulfilling your requests becomes impossible for our Business within this period of time, we will inform you justifiably on our relevant inability, aiming at fulfilling your requests at the latest within three months from the date of their filing by you.
